We are not a large box store - as such we do not, nor can we, offer

the same "no question, no time limit" return policy the public has

gotten so used to from large retail chain stores. As such we actually

have an old school and very specific return policy - please see below.

No returns on any opened or used merchandise or any item used in

sport or recreational applications (playable items). These items

include, but are not limited to, items such as: cues, pickleball

paddles, darts, ping pong paddles etc. All sales on discounted items

are final.

Exchanges or refunds on merchandise that is unopened and unused

accepted only within 14 days or purchase. Management reserves the

right to refuse any exchange, refund or service at any time.
